19 March 1962 - 2024

The Consulate General of Algeria in Istanbul commemorated the 62nd anniversary of Victory Day, which falls on March 19th every year, under the supervision of Consul General Mr. Mohammed Meraimi, and in the presence of the Consulate General's staff and a number of our esteemed national community members residing in Turkey.

The ceremony began with the raising of the national flag to the rhythm of the national anthem, in tribute to our noble martyrs. The attendees then solemnly recited verses from the Quran in remembrance of their pure souls.

Glory and eternity to our noble martyrs! Long live Algeria, forever free and dear.
