FILE TRANSFER

In the case of a change of residence, a transfer of the consular file of the Algerian citizen is important if the new place of residence is outside the registered perimeter during the first registration. The following documents are required:

• A request for the transfer of the consular file - the form can be downloaded via the link below -;
• The consular registration card;
• A copy of the identity document;
• A copy of the residence card;
• A copy of proof of address (electricity, water, telephone bill, etc.).
