CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

In accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 02-405 of November 26, 2002 relating
to the consular function, in particular Articles 26 and 27, the removal from the consular registration
registers is carried out in the following cases:

• Death.
• Definitive return to Algeria
• Change of consular jurisdiction.
• Personal request for removal.
• Absence for more than 10 years.

The removal from consular registers leads to the removal from  electoral list.
