The Consulate General authenticates and signs documents as follows:

• Documents issued by Algerian bodies that contain the seal of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Documents issued by Algerian diplomatic and consular centers accredited abroad
• True copies of documents issued by the Algerian authorities (with the attention of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• Documents issued by the Turkish authorities that contain the seal of the governor, trade office, or foreign office in Turkey.
