CULTURAL VISA

1. Two (02) application forms duly completed, dated, and signed by the applicant with two pictures attached to each form. Application forms should be downloaded form from the consulate website.

2. An official letter of invitation from the event organizer. Associations, unions, and organizations must notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Algeria, who will then provide us with the required instructions in this regard.

3. Employment letter or proof of activity.

4. The passport is valid for at least 06 months and contains at least two (02) blank pages for the visa to be issued.

5. Copy of the two first pages of the passport

6. Copy of a valid residence document in Turkey for non-Turkish applicants.

7. Visa fees.

Note: The Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents if need be.
