DEATH CERTIFICATE

• The original authenticated death certificate.
• ID document in addition to the deceased's birth certificate.

The General Consulate is responsible for notifying Algerian municipalities of any changes in civil status (marriage, death). However, changes made under judicial decisions issued by the judicial authorities of the accrediting country are not recognized until the executive formula for those decisions is issued by the court of Sidi M'hamed under the jurisdiction of the Algerian Judiciary Council.
