Legalisation of Turkish documents for Use in Algeria
1. Legalisation of commercial documents:
The Consulate General offers the legalization of commercial documents intended for use in Algeria.
Before submitting the documents to the Algerian Consulate General in Istanbul, they must first be translated from Turkish into Arabic, French, or eventually English, depending on the language used by the economic partner in Algeria. They shall be certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This service is subject to a cash payment of €60 for each legalization.
2. Legalization of non commercial documents :
The consulate processes the legalization of documents issued in Turkey and are intended for use in Algeria,
Before submitting the documents to the Algerian Consulate General in Istanbul, they must be first translated from Turkish into Arabic, French, or eventually in English, and secondly authenticated by the Valilik services (prefecture) or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This service is subject to a cash payment of €2 for each legalization.
Important information:
Documents are submitted at the Consulate General of Algeria in Istanbul, with no prior appointment, Monday to Friday; from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They can be collected from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Documents shall be submitted / by the legal representative of the company or via their representatives' holders of official power of attorney or through a licensed agency.
