EXTRACTS OF CIVIL REGISTRATION
The General Consulate is responsible for notifying Algerian municipalities of any changes in civil status (marriage, death). However, changes made under judicial decisions issued by the judicial authorities of the accrediting country are not recognized until the executive formula for those decisions is issued by the court of Sidi M'hamed under the jurisdiction of the Algerian Judiciary Council.
EXTRACT OF DEATH CERTIFICATE
- The original authenticated death certificate.
- ID document in addition to the deceased's birth certificate.
EXTRACT OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
In order to register the marriage contract with the Consulate General in Istanbul, the following documents are required:
- Original marriage certificate
- Birth certificate of the husband
- Birth certificate of the wife
- Algerian nationality certificate for the husband or wife
- Filling out the form
- Identity photos of both spouses.
EXTRACT OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- The concerned person must be of Algerian nationality.
- The original birth certificate of the newborn, certified.
- Form filled out clearly.
- The family book to add the newborn.
